1. WILL I GET RESULTS WITH ONLINE COACHING?

ABSOLUTELY! Team Long is a “Results” driven health and fitness Team geared towards helping each client meet their individual goals. Whether that be winning a competitive Bodybuilding show, losing a few inches around the waistline, lowering Blood Pressure by starting a new lifestyle, or simply feeling good and healthy again!


2. HOW FAST WILL I SEE RESULTS?

Each client will see results at a different pace based on various controlled and uncontrolled factors. Most of our clients will “Feel” a difference immediately after starting a new and healthy lifestyle plan. TEAM LONG does not believe in short term, quick fixes or Fad diets. There’s no magic pill or “insider secret” that can create LONG term and LONG lasting results. However, you can achieve your desired “look” or level of fitness with hard work, dedication and proper guidance. TEAM LONG focuses on LONG Term success! (On average most body transformations take 12-20 weeks)


3. HOW DOES IT ALL WORK? HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Start out by choosing the desired program and filling out the application and health waiver OR by contacting Don or Sarah Long or a Team Long coach. We will then discuss our plan of attack to help you reach your goals! Payment is made, your plan is designed for you, weekly monitoring and check ins with pictures and weight and/or in person check ins keep you accountable. You have 24/7 access to text or email your Team Long coach with questions along the way. You will receive continued support from the Team Coaches and TL fitness community to help give you exactly what you need to succeed! As a TL athlete/member you will get the personalized attention you need to help You reach Your goals! Our TL coaches want to hear from you and hear from you often, communication is key!!


4. WHAT IF I FEEL CONFUSED OR OVERWHELMED BY ALL THE STUFF I READ ONLINE ABOUT WEIGHT LOSS, MUSCLE GAIN, OR HEALTHY EATING?

Don’t worry, Don and Sarah Long along with their staff of highly trained coaches can help you find the clear answers needed on your fitness journey. With our proven Training and Nutrition techniques/philosophies we will cut through all the phony information out there and help you find the best plan for Your body and Your goals.


5. HOW WILL I KNOW I’M NOT JUST ANOTHER NUMBER?

We can assure you that WE CARE about each one of our clients. Our Fitness Community is like FAMILY to us! As coaches, we invest as much as we can into our clients and helping them reach their goals. We understand that changing your lifestyle, starting a new diet/training program, or launching your fitness career into the next level is an intimate and many times emotional decision and investment. The support, Life coaching and constant motivation Don and Sarah Long and our Team Long coaches and community can offer you is a Winning Combination!

6. DOES TEAM LONG COACH ATHLETES OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.?

Yes we do! We have athletes All over the World. Currently we coach athletes in 11 different countries!


7. WHAT IF I CAN’T COOK OR DON’T HAVE TIME TO COOK?

No worries, we’ve got you covered. Whether you need quick and easy recipes that fit into your meal plan OR need access to a Food Prep company, we have many contacts nation wide and can set you up with the Food delivery or pick-up options to fit your lifestyle.


8. WHAT IF I’M NEW TO EVERYTHING? A BEGINNER? OR OUT OF SHAPE?

We ALL have a starting point! Just take that first step in the right direction. We work with men and women of every walk of life and every fitness level. Your plan is customized for your needs!
